一、 有關本府員工卡退卡建議方式如下：
(一) 若機關確認員工卡已收回且後續不會繼續被使用，可透過公文或以電子郵件（ socservice@easycard.com.tw ）寄至悠遊卡公司，並提供相關卡片外碼、姓名、聯絡電話、退費原因、地址或持卡人本人銀行帳號資訊（銀行別、分行名稱、帳號），該公司即可協助辦理退費；另如持卡人欲自行將員工卡掛號寄至悠遊卡公司辦理退費，信封內亦請提供上開資訊，由該公司協助退費。
(二) 員工卡中剩餘可用金額將扣除手續費、退費通知單寄送郵資或轉帳費……等後辦理退費。
二、 如對前開員工卡退費有疑義部分，可撥打悠遊卡公司專線電話洽詢（ 02-2652-9781 ）。
