教育部國民及學前教育署委請國立臺灣師範大學(以下簡稱臺師大)辦理 112 年度「「Cool English 口說高手」比賽辦法。
說明：
一、 依據教育部國民及學前教育署(以下簡稱國教署)112 年 5 月 19 日臺教國署國字第 1120064636 號函辦理。
二、 為增進全國國中小學生英語口說能力，國教署委請臺師大建置「Cool English 英語線上學習平臺」-「語音辨識」專區，提供會話問答、基礎發音練習、短語練習等題型，協助學生以輕鬆有趣的方式開口說英文，建立優良的英語會話基礎。
三、 本次比賽題目係出自上述專區之「『聲』歷其境」和「看動畫學英文」單元，鼓勵全國國中小學生持續使用本網站之口說素材加強英文口說學習，爰辦理「Cool English 口說高手」比賽。
四、 報名及比賽期間自 112 年 6 月 19 日(星期一)至 112 年 7 月 31 日(星期一)止，比賽採先報名後作答制，請參賽者務必確實填寫報名表，完成報名作業後方能進入作答區作答。
五、 參加對象為 112 學年度第一學期(112 年 9 月 1 日)公布學籍之全國公私立國小 3 至 6 年級學生(國小組)及國中 7 至 9 年級學生(國中組)。
