一、 依據教育部 114 年 4 月 21 日臺教學(三)字第 1140042629 號函辦理。
二、 查 113 係衛生福利部設置提供民眾有關家庭暴力、性侵害、性騷擾及兒少、老人與身心障礙者保護之 24 小時免付費諮詢及通報窗口。民眾除可以市話、公共電話或手機撥打外，倘其為聽語障人士或不方便通話者，亦可至關懷 e 起來官網（ https://ecare.mohw.gov.tw ）進行網路對談（路徑：關懷 e 起來>電話諮詢>113 保護專線>線上諮詢）及簡訊服務。
三、 另為提供外籍人士相關諮詢服務， 113 亦提供英語、越南語、印尼語、泰國語、日語等 5 種語言的通譯服務，並以互動式語音功能提供來電者選取，如來電者有通譯需求，將請通譯人員併同進行三方通話。
