一、 依據花蓮縣政府 114 年 3 月 19 日府教終字第 1140054910 號函辦理。
二、 旨揭競賽說明如下：
(一) 競賽日期、地點： 114 年 6 月 28 日(星期六)，假花蓮縣宜昌國中體育館(花蓮縣吉安鄉宜昌一街 41 號)舉行。
(二) 競賽組別：競賽分為硬筆類及書法類，組別為國小中年級組、國小高年級組、國中組、高中職組及社會組，共 5 組 ，各類組別分別競賽。
(三) 競賽方式：採現場書寫方式辦理，硬筆類 20 分鐘、書法類 70 分鐘。
(四) 報名日期： 114 年 5 月 12 日(星期一)上午 8 時起至 114 年 5 月 21 日(星期三)中午 12 時止，採線上報名方式辦理。
(五) 報名網址：花蓮蘭亭大會 https://art.hlc.edu.tw/lanting/publish/plan2025.asp 。
(六) 學校報名密碼預設為 abc+學校電話，格式為 abc038462860 （含區碼，不含其他符號）。
