一、 依據苗栗縣政府 113 年 12 月 19 日府教特字第 1130274343 號函辦理。
二、 本案申請資訊說明如下，餘請參考旨揭作業要點：
(一) 申請資格：凡符合慈輝分校輔導就讀申請要件（家庭變故、家境清寒、乏人照顧、家庭功能不彰而中輟或有中輟之虞者）之國中及國小應屆畢業生者均可申請。
(二) 申請時間：即日起皆可提出申請。
