一、 鑒於天氣炎熱戶外戲水機會增加，請從事或辦理水域（含海域）活動應注意戲水安全與相關規定，備妥安全措施及配置救生人員，隨時關注相關天候變化及山區降雨之影響，並視活動性質研擬氣候應變計畫以為因應。
二、 請轉知所屬加強宣導師生防溺自救安全觀念，並提醒避免做危險戲水動作，以降低溺水意外事件發生，避免人員傷亡。
三、 教育部體育署針對不同學習階段學生，規劃水中自救教學影片及水域安全數位教材等，提供各校教學或備課參考 ，可至教育部因材網（ https://reurl.cc/M4pRon ）查詢；相關微電影、宣導海報亦可至本局首頁（網址： https://www.tyc.edu.tw/）/水域安全專區下載運用，期盼貴校透過落實水域安全教育，強化學生正確的自救技能及水域安全知識觀念，以保護自身水域遊憩安全。
