主旨： 轉知行政院人事行政總處為落實推動性別平等政策，請各機關學校辦理與親子相關活動時，協助宣導家務及育兒分工觀念，請查照。
說明：
一、 依行政院人事行政總處（以下簡稱人事總處） 113 年 6 月 12 日總處培字第 1133024634 號書函辦理，並檢附原函影本 1 份。
二、 請各機關學校於辦理與親子相關活動時，協助宣導雙親共同分擔家務與子女照顧責任，並鼓勵男性申請家庭照顧假及育嬰留職停薪，以倡導婚姻及家庭中的性別平等價值，促進平等互惠的家務分工，形塑平權的家庭環境。
三、 人事總處針對前開宣導事項業製作懶人包及短片，置於該總處全球資訊網（ https://www.dgpa.gov.tw ）「首頁/政策與業務/總處政策與業務/培訓考用處」/「差勤獎懲」、「任免遷調」項下，另公務人員育嬰留職停薪大哉問短片，前經本府 113 年 3 月 14 日府人力字第 1130067651 號書函諒達，請各機關學校協助宣導，並推廣運用。
