主旨： 轉知欲申請市外介聘至雲林縣之教師相關應知悉事項，請查照。
說明：
一、 依據雲林縣政府 113 年 3 月 18 日府教學二字第 1132416024 號函辦理。
二、 雲林縣辦理學校型態實驗教育學校：古坑華德福實驗高中、石榴國中、重光國小、華南國小，倘欲介聘至前開學校之教師應配合該校相關教師研習、課程規劃、教學及作息等事宜。
三、 有關雲林縣華德福實驗學校教育理念係依華德福教育課程安排與規劃，與一般公立學校不同。爰為辦理人智學理念之 華德福教育，教師職能需具華德福相關背景，倘介聘成 功，聘書中明定教師應參加華德福師資培訓並取得結業證 書，若應聘時尚未取得資格應於起聘五年內完成，並能接受國內外資深華德福教師之督導，其期程視情況另定之。
四、 雲林縣蔦松藝術高中為委託私人辦理實驗教育學校，其課程安排與一般公立學校不同，倘經成功調入，相關職務受該校安排。
五、 另雲林縣宜梧國中刻正規劃於 114 學年度委託私人辦理實驗教育，倘經成功調入，其辦理方式比照如說明四。
