肆、參賽對象：全國 12 歲以下的國小及幼兒園兒童伍、競賽主題：以『我享有的兒童權利』為主題進行繪畫創作

陸、競賽獎項：

一、優勝： 20 名，獎金新台幣叁仟元整及獎狀乙幀。

二、佳作： 20 名，獎金新台幣貳仟元整及獎狀乙幀。

三、入選： 40 名，獎金新台幣伍佰元整及獎狀乙幀。

四、參加獎勵：每位參賽者均可獲得紀念品一份。
