主旨： 為提升便民服務，本所提供集體申辦自然人憑證服務，歡迎多加運用並請協助張貼宣導，請查照。
說明：
一、 依據本所 113 年申辦自然人憑證服務實施計畫辦理。
二、 為擴大便民服務，本所自本(113)年 3 月起至 4 月底止辦理「10 人成團，辦卡有好禮」服務，提供轄區內各機關、學校、公司行號單次集體申辦人數達 10 人（含）以上者，享有到府收送件服務，每人致贈小禮物(宣導品)1 份(數量有限，送完為止)。
三、 另建議申請人先行至內政部憑證管理中心網站(http://moica.nat.gov.tw/)選取憑證作業/自然人憑證申請資料表(條碼版) ，線上填畢後列印並點選送出；條碼版申請表可避免戶所登錄錯誤，並加速申辦時間。
四、 相關活動訊息請參閱本所網站(http://www.longtan-hro.tycg.gov.tw/)或內政部憑證管理中心網站之最新消息頁面。
五、 檢附自然人憑證集體申辦作業注意事項、申請資料表各 1 份。
