主旨： 為本局委託谷慕慕-GoMoond （嘉曜醫材有限公司）辦理「112 年桃園月經經驗調查計畫」，敬請轉知貴校，鼓勵國小高年級、國中及高中職學生踴躍填寫月經調查問卷，請查照。
說明：
一、 為消弭月經貧窮，提倡月經平權，期望透過此次月經經驗調查瞭解桃園市民對月經議題之看法、日常生活中如何稱呼月經、每月生理用品花費、生理用品習慣、月經貧窮狀況以及月經對於生活上造成的影響等相關經驗之分析報告，以此更瞭解桃園市民對於月經議題的看法，並作為未來政策規劃與服務推動之參考。
二、 前揭桃園月經經驗調查線上問卷，詳如附件，請貴校協助轉知並邀請學生踴躍填寫。
