一、 依行政院 112 年 2 月 9 日院授人給字第 11240001801 號函及行政院人事行政總處 112 年 2 月 9 日總處給字第 11240001802 號函辦理，並檢附原函及附件影本各 1 份。
二、 配合行政院 111 年 12 月 21 日訂定發布「各機關加班費支給辦法」(以下簡稱支給辦法)，並自 112 年 1 月 1 日施行，加班費等相關事項自 112 年 1 月 1 日起即應依支給辦法規定辦理。
三、 行政院 78 年 1 月 4 日台 78 人政肆字第 00049 號函核示事項一、 84 年 4 月 20 日台 84 人政給字第 05212 號函、 91 年 11 月 15 日院授人給字第 0910035251 號函、原行政院人事行政局及行政院人事行政總處歷次函釋與支給辦法未合部分，均自 112 年 2 月 9 日起停止適用。
