衛生福利部社會及家庭署委託編製之「兒少反歧視案例彙編」

說明：  
一、 依據衛生福利部社會及家庭署 112 年 2 月 2 日社家幼字第 1120660103 號函辦理。
二、 兒童權利公約（下稱 CRC ）第 2 條明定應確保每一兒童均享有不受歧視之權利，禁止歧視更為 CRC 四大原則之一，為使各領域兒少事務專業人員，理解兒童權利公約「不歧視」原則，具體於實務工作落實該原則，使其在進行政策方案之規劃或決策時，降低兒少歧視情事之發生，該署委託製作旨揭案例彙編，內容針對安置、性別、性傾向、身心障礙、司法、原住民族、年齡等 8 個歧視議題提出案例故事、討論分析、建議作法及延伸思考，可作為相關教育訓練之補充教材，並提供兒少相關領域工作者在實務規劃和決策時運用參考。
三、 旨揭案例彙編公告於「兒童權利公約 CRC 資訊網」教育宣導專區，路徑：首頁>多元素材>認識兒童權利公約>書籍/手冊，（連結網址： https://gov.tw/5ct ）。請貴校(園)協助廣為宣導。
