一、 依教育部國民及學前教育署(以下簡稱國教署)111 年 11 月 30 日臺教國署人字第 1110166372 號辦理。
二、 邇來，部分教師反應擔任選務人員未給予補休假之疑義。國教署重申教育部 111 年 5 月 31 日臺教人(三)字第 1110054189 號函轉中央選舉委員會 111 年 5 月 27 日中選務字第 1113150166 號函(諒達)略以，有關 111 年地方公職人員選舉及憲法修正案之複決案參加投開票所選務工作人員補假事宜一案，經行政院同意比照 93 年及 107 年前例，准予補假 2 日，並以本次選舉為限。
三、 另依本局 111 年 9 月 26 日桃教人字第 1110085174 號函略以，本市所屬各級學校參與旨揭選務工作之教師，於事後補假 2 日之課務，以半日為單位，由學校處理並支付課務代理費，所需經費由各級學校人事費項下勻支；補假應於 1 年內休畢。
