一、 依行政院 111 年 5 月 23 日院授人培字第 1110001157 號函暨本市選舉委員會 111 年 5 月 25 日桃選一字第 1110000595 號函略以，參與本次選務工作人員比照 93 年及 107 年前例，准予補假 2 日，並經本府 111 年 5 月 27 日府民自字第 1110143401 號函轉知在案。
二、 旨揭選舉投票訂於 111 年 11 月 26 日(星期六)舉行，考量地方公職人員與憲法修正案之複決案合併辦理，又鑒於國內疫情及選務工作繁重，為衡平教師權益及學生受教權，本次教師參與選務工作之補假，以半日為單位，其課務由學校處理並支付課務代理費，所需經費由各級學校人事費項下勻支，另前述補假應於 1 年內休畢。
