一、 依據桃園市政府 110 年 1 月 14 日府政安字第 1090337282 號函轉據行政院 109 年 12 月 23 日院臺法字第 1090036072 號函辦理。
二、 行政院為因應香港「香港特別行政區維護國家安全法」實施後，行政院及所屬各機構(構)人員赴香港或澳門地區(下稱港澳)可能遭遇之風險大幅增加，特訂定「行政院及所屬各機關(構)人員赴香港或澳門注意事項」，並自 109 年 12 月 23 日生效。
三、 為減少本府公務員赴港澳（含轉機）可能遭遇之風險，所屬人員赴港澳前請參照旨揭注意事項辦理，另有關第三點(五)3 所訂通報作業，請同仁於差勤系統請假赴港澳時，併將個人登錄「國人赴港澳動態登錄系統」影本上傳為附件。
四、 檢送「行政院及所屬各機關(構)人員赴香港或澳門注意事項」1 份。
