一、 依行政院人事行政總處(以下簡稱人事總處)112 年 2 月 7 日總處給字第 11240001962 號函辦理，並檢附原函及相關附件各 1 份。
二、 110 年至 112 年全國公教員工團體保險，由中國人壽依約承作至本（ 112 ）年 3 月 31 日 24 時止，經人事總處辦理公開徵選本保險承作保險公司，由該公司獲選賡續承作，並提供「意外險給付方案」與「壽險、意外險及住院醫療給付方案」等 2 方案，辦理期間自本年 4 月 1 日 0 時起至 114 年 3 月 31 日 24 時止，為期 2 年。
三、 本保險相關資訊業已公告於人事總處全球資訊網給與福利處「福利文康」區及中國人壽官方網站，如需進一步瞭解相關內容，洽詢電話：市話免費撥打： 0800-098-889 。
