一、 依據澎湖縣政府 111 年 3 月 16 日府教學字第 1110905079 號函。
二、 有意經由公立國民中小學暨幼兒園教師介聘他縣市服務作業介聘至澎湖縣所屬國中小之專任輔導教師，倘經介聘成功調入，將不得以任何理由申請轉任該縣所屬學校其他教師職務。
三、 依離島建設條例第 12-1 條第 1 項規定，為保障離島地區學生之受教權，離島地區高級中等以下學校初聘教師應實際服務六年以上，始得提出申請介聘至臺灣本島地區學校。
四、 澎湖縣現有實驗學校為合橫國小，另有內垵國小正規劃辦理，倘有意願介聘前開學校服務者，請審慎評估並逕洽該校瞭解辦理實驗教育之內容。
