主旨： 有關大陸委員會函以，鑒於中共近年持續增修國安法令及擴張司法管轄範圍等情，請協助宣導提高赴陸旅遊風險意識及落實於赴陸前至國人赴陸港澳動態登錄系統進行登錄一案，請查照。
說明：
一、 依大陸委員會（以下簡稱陸委會） 114 年 3 月 31 日陸法字第 1140400293 號函辦理，並檢附原函影本 1 份。
二、 請協助宣導提高赴陸旅遊風險意識及落實於赴陸前至「國人赴陸港澳動態登錄系統」登陸必要資訊，以保障赴陸後之人身安全；又陸委會業將相關宣導素材置於該會官網「國人赴陸港澳登錄系統及赴陸港澳易遭押行為態樣」專區(按， 114 年 4 月 1 日已更名為「國人赴陸港澳風險」專區)，並將宣導圖檔置於雲端硬碟（ https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1sfD-VeoqQP-BGl95HFiCE8bqW6AIS-Hh?usp=drive_link ），請參考運用。
三、 另請各機關（構）將前開陸委會 114 年 3 月 31 日函轉知監督之行政法人及所管財團法人、團體。
