「113 學年度全國學生音樂比賽實施要點」

說明：
一、 依據國立臺灣藝術教育館 113 年 6 月 25 日藝演字第 1130001884 號函辦理。
二、 旨揭比賽實施要點修正重點如下：
(一) 個人項目「口琴獨奏」比賽類別，限複音口琴；自選曲得使用半音階口琴。
(二) 明定比賽會場之攝錄影不得攝錄影其他參賽團隊（者）之演出並應遵守著作權法及民法人格權（肖像權）等規定。參賽團隊（者）錄製之演出影音資料如公開或上傳影音平臺，應遵守前開相關法規規定，始得為之。
(三) 演出中不得進出觀賽會場或於觀眾席走動。
三、 本比賽決賽預定辦理時間，說明如下：
(一) 團體項目分（北、中、南）區：自 114 年 3 月 1 日起辦理。
(二) 個人項目：自 114 年 3 月 15 日起辦理。
(三) 本比賽決賽整體辦理時間循往例為當年度 3 月 1 日至 3 月 31 日止（包括團體及個人項目），本學年度決賽確定日期及賽程將於 114 年 1 月 15 日前公告於本比賽官網。
四、 本賽事涉及學生免試入學比序項目之採計、以競賽表現入學之申請，同時為維護學生參賽權益，請於其他活動相關期程規劃時，將本比賽決賽期程納入評估，俾避免及降低本賽事與其他活動辦理時間衝突情形。
五、 旨揭比賽實施要點同步公告於全國學生音樂比賽網站(https://web.arte.gov.tw/music/)。
