一、依據長庚醫療財團法人林口長庚紀念醫院 113 年 5 月 30 日長庚院林字第 1130500881 號函辦理。

二、為提升兒童心智科病友之家庭及主要照顧者的疾病瞭解，提供實用教養方法，以減輕親職壓力，長庚醫療財團法人林口長庚紀念醫院訂於 113 年 6 月 29 日(星期六)上午 9 時至中午 12 時辦理旨揭座談會。

三、本案貴校(園)所屬人員出席座談會請本權責核予公(差)假登記，檢附旨揭座談會簡章 1 份。
