說明：
一、 依據教育部國民及學前教育署 112 學年度校園視力保健增能工作坊實施計畫及教育部國民及學前教育署 112 年 9 月 25 日臺教國署學字第 1120131716 號函辦理。
二、 為提供近視防治醫學實證新知，以強化教師校園視力保健教學知能，邀請專家學者講授視力保健相關議題，透由績優學校成功經驗分享，並輔以生活技能融入相關健康教學活動，增進教師落實視力保健教學之策略。
三、 旨揭計畫資訊如下：
(一) 日期： 112 年 12 月 27 日(星期三)。
(二) 時間：下午 13 時 至 17 時。
(三) 地點：大有國民小學（ 330 桃園市桃園區大有路 220 號）。
(四) 參加對象：
1 、 視力保健議題之中心及種子學校校長和相關人員。
2 、 其他對於本次主題有興趣之校長或教師。

四、 本案報名名額共 60 名，以視力不良率較高或視力惡化情形較顯著的學校校長及教師為優先錄取，額滿為止，錄取人員名單將另行函文各校。經本局錄取者准予公差假及課務派代，全程參加人員核予研習時數。
