聯合國「國際良心日」活動

說明：  
一、 聯合國訂定 4 月 5 日為「國際良心日」，以提升全球品格意識和行動力。
二、 請貴校協助宣導聯合國「國際良心日」活動，方式如下：
(一) 善用媒體網路資源，可參考「國際良心日」暨「良心時代運動」宣言連署（網址： http://www.aneoc.org/zh/introduction/eventDescription#responseWay ）訊息。
(二) 將愛與良心等品格價值融入課程及活動中，以提升品格教育實施的深度與廣度。
(三) 分享「防疫『三不五多』及『六絕招』」（網址： https://reurl.cc/R6ZDQZ ）資訊：
１、 「 三不五多」：
(１) 「三不五多防疫保健手冊」分享根本的防疫知識與身心平衡之道。此防疫手冊已翻譯成 33 種語文版本，並成為「國際良心日」重要響應活動之一。
(２) 「三不」不生氣、不憂慮、不緊張及「五多」多洗手、多喝溫開水、多運動、多歡喜、多防範。
２、 「六絕招」：勤洗手、戴口罩、保持安全社交距離、避免觸碰眼睛口鼻、做好呼吸運動提升肺活量、維持正向思考。
