主旨： 有關 113 年度流感疫苗公費/市自購人員至校外補接種公假事宜一案，詳如說明，請查照
說明：
一、 依據本局 113 年 9 月 18 日桃教體字第 1130088716 號函諒達。
二、 經事先調查且完成造冊人員，因故未能於入校接種當日接種流感疫苗，本局同意是類人員於學校接種日後無課務時段至校外接種流感疫苗，並覈實予以公假登記，惟疫苗數量有限，用罄為止。
三、 另提醒持補種通知單之符合公費身分人員可至逕行至合約院所接種公費疫苗，符合市自購人員僅能至衛生所接種市自購疫苗。
四、 檢附本市 113 年度校園流感疫苗合約院所一覽表 1 份。
