一、 依據教育部 113 年 7 月 16 日臺教社(二)字第 1130069143 號函辦理。
二、 為推廣教育部家庭教育資源網及網站學習資源，爰委請國立空中大學辦理旨揭徵件活動。
三、 徵件期程：即日起至 113 年 11 月 1 日（星期五）截止。
四、 徵件對象包括國小組、國高中組及社會大眾組(含大專校院)，可採個人或團體報名，並以家庭教育資源網/社會大眾學習資源/文章中之內容為主題，聚焦親職教育、婚姻教育、倫理教育、資源管理教育或多元文化教育等 5 大學習類別進行四格漫畫之構思創作。
