主旨： 轉知擬申請 114 年公立國民中小學暨幼兒園教師介聘他縣市服務作業並調入至新竹縣立北平華德福實驗學校之教師應配合事項，請查照。
說明：
一、 依據新竹縣政府教育局 114 年 3 月 27 日教學字第 1145011551 號函辦理。
二、 該校教育理念依華德福教育課程安排與規劃，與一般公立學校不同；爰為辦理人智學理念之華德福教育及教師職能，需具華德福相關背景。
三、 倘介聘成功，聘書中明定教師應參加華德福師資培訓並取得結業證書；若應聘時尚未取得資格，應於起聘一年內利用公餘時間開始受訓，並於四年內完成，並能接受國內外資深華德福教師之督導，其期程視情況另定之。
四、 請各校欲參加介聘至新竹縣立北平華德福實驗學校之教師，宜審慎選填志願。
